How is Rebates Realty different from other residential real estate brokerages?

We give a CASH REBATE equal to 1% of the purchase price of the property you buy. The rebate is paid by check after closing.

How can you afford to provide your services at such a discount?

Because of our rebate program, Rebates Realty does a higher volume of transactions. Making less money per transaction is more than offset by the increase in the number of transactions we do. Also, we harness the power of the Internet to streamline the work, saving you and us time and money.

What services do you provide Sellers?

We offer full service marketing for sellers including a listing in the local MLS so your home can be accessed by all the local Realtors. We also list your home on our website, on national relocation websites, local Chamber of Commerce websites as well as various print advertising.

What services do you provide Buyers?

We guide you through the home buying process, give you access to our proprietary database, search the Multiple Listing Service for you DAILY and e-mail you the results, accompany you while viewing any homes of interest (including those "For Sale By Owner"), represent your best interests and consult with you regarding all negotiations, guide you through inspections and repairs, explain all contracts & documents, including all required disclosures, and help you through the entire closing process.

Many of our buyer's agents hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. This designation denotes extensive training in negotiation and skills associated with buyer representation.

Do I have to own a computer or have access to the Internet?

At Rebates Realty we offer you the best of both worlds - real people and the latest technology. We are always available to review with you the list of properties you have received. It is always your choice to receive the list via email, regular mail or pick up.
